Kate is a leadership and organizational development fanatic, a dressage rider, a little quirky on the inside, and still loves to car dance…actually, dance in general! She has discovered a joyful knack for organizational change, performance management program leadership, organization design, and particularly enjoys using her leader voice working with individuals overcoming personal or career challenges. Her career has included a variety of interesting roles within multi-billion dollar global organizations, which tapped into her love for leadership through mentoring, talent management, change management, performance management, continuous improvement initiatives, and workforce design to name a few.
She’s a glutton for school and continuous learning, and has most recently received her SHRM-CP in June, 2020. Kate’s Masters degree is in Organizational Behavior and Change Management, and she has a B.S. in Communications (back in the day, she wanted to be the lead anchor the 5:00 news). Kate is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean specialist.
In 2014, she received a Rising Star award from her alma mater, Benedictine University, which is given annually to select alumni for making considerable strides in their careers in a relatively short period of time and have shown dedication to philanthropic endeavors.
Kate believes there is a leader in every single one of us. No matter who you are in your organization or how long you’ve been there, you have a leader voice inside of you!
Lead on, everyone!
