Kate is a leadership and organizational development fanatic, a dressage rider, a little quirky on the inside, and still loves to car dance..actually, dance in general! She has discovered a knack for organizational design, and particularly enjoys using her leader voice working with individuals overcoming personal or career challenges. Her career has included a variety of interesting roles within multi-billion dollar global organizations, which tapped into her love for leadership through mentoring, talent management, change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and team design to name a few.
She’s a glutton for school and continuous learning, and has so far received her Masters degree in Organizational Behavior and Change Management, B.S. in Communications (back in the day, she wanted to be the lead anchor the 5:00 news), and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt by two organizations. Next up: SHRM-CP certification in 2020.
In 2014, she received a Rising Star award from her alma mater, Benedictine University, which is given annually to select alumni for making considerable strides in their careers in a relatively short period of time and have shown dedication to philanthropic endeavors.
Kate believes there is a leader in every single one of us. No matter who you are in your organization or how long you’ve been there, you have a leader voice inside of you!
Lead on, everyone!
